Commission: net rates 

Ratehawk are not the principal & do not provide the ATOL cover. Whoever is making the booking would be the principal, so if the member made a DP booking consisting of several elements made with different suppliers, then they would be the principal. They do support and may potentially cover booking some issues for example: wrong room type being booked/hotel description error/overbooking at a hotel - and do have liability insurance in place if it is needed.
